Solutions (Team Golfer specific)

This section details the range of possible solutions provided.  As Anderson notes, "when you describe your solution, you describe your plan for achieving the objectives you have listed".  Ensure that your objectives section not only matches the current pitch, but is tailored to:

  1. your modifications of the "Problem" for each course
  2. your modifications of the "Solutions"

This overall revision of the pitch on these three sections would be a good focal point for this week (12). In other words, the Team Golfer first draft (as noted last class) is to extend your description of the problem so that it is both an "industry problem" (as noted in the current pitch) and a "particular problem" for each course (also noted last class, this has to be a team effort).  You should aim at adding two completely new/particularized components of the problem for each course, or heavily modifying two from the pitch.  You can simply re-write one if you like.   Your aim should be to have the golf-pro define the problem for you (Anderson 492) but you may have to do this yourselves (and divide this among the team's primary research this week).

You can then simply re-write the three solutions here, adapting them enough so that they present solutions to the courses being pitched to, by including as many particular solutions as you can.   This might mean:

  • one solution with multiple parts to it, is particularly relevant to one course,
  • or making a comparison between these new courses foregrounds exactly why one of the solutions from the pitch is particularly relevant to this course,
  • or Golfer solves something else entirely for this course

Other Requirements:

This section should include a brief introduction that situates the solutions in relationship to each other.

As in the current pitch, include new images or infographics for the two new/particularized problems and the relevant solutions.
